Modern Home Luxuries was founded in 2020 in Kirkland, WA during the height of the pandemic. Furniture was scarce and customer's orders with big retail brands were put on indefinite hold. MHL saw an opportunity to provide the furniture that people needed in a matter of days instead of months.
Since then, MHL has serviced thousands of Washington customers with a strong focus on excellent service, stellar communication, and unbeatable pricing. MHL has also established inventory pipelines which are nimble and do not require minimum orders from our suppliers. This method of doing business has crystalized into a new, unique business model: concierge furniture ordering.
